About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

My cousin is going to china to apply for her student visa not knowing that she is pregnant..can she still apply for a visa and can gave birth in china?..

..i want to ask again, Ms. MILES, i apply for tourist visa here in the Philippines, the embassy said they will going to release it 4 days, but when i was about to go and pick it up, they said it is denied..why is it like this?.. they issued already a releasing date and then they said it is denied.. i ask an agent to make it for me..
hope you can help me again.. thank you..

Oh, sorry to hear that, but visa officers have right to decide the final result, without any explaination.

She can still apply for a visa, however, if the visa officer know that she is pregnant, maybe her application will be denied. She can give birth in China.

it would have been better if you applied personally, you would have known if the application was accepted or not. the agents will just tell you that it was denied and you still would need to pay the visa fees..
