Hi, I'm going to Hong Kong as a tourist for 90 days. Do I need to bring a bank statement? And if so, how much should be in my account?

You don't need to bring a bank statement, generally speaking, the tourists from western countries are not checked the bank statement by Hong Kong immigrant visa officer.
