The public holiday is from October 1 - 4 for China National Day, the China embassy/consulate in Malaysia will be closed, however, the Chinese visa application service center (CVASC) in Kuala Lumpur will be operating as usual during the closure of the Consular Office of the Chinese Embassy on China National Day, you can still submit the visa application to CVASC.
