About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Good day!Just want to ask if i been denied for tourist visa can i apply a dependent visa right away or i have to wait for months?and how long?because my L visa application was been denied even my husband is working in China & his company send me a letter for supporting documents..I don't know why....Thank you.

Can you tell me what documents do you submit for the tourist visa application? Then I can analyze the reason why you are denied.

Hi! Mrs.Jade,
Here are the list of my documents i submitted in the embassy.
1.Complete filled up application form w/photo.
2.plan ticket
3.passport
4.NBI
5.Letter of invitation fr.my husband employer.
6.Photocopy of my husband visa & resident certificate
7.NSO marriage contract
8.Bank statement of my husband.
9.Photocopy of my passport information & emergency contact person.

Can i apply a dependent visa immediately?

Mrs.Em, for first time applicants, one of the below documents are also required for tourist visa application:
1. for employed persons, also provide an employment certificate, company ID, SSS ID and contributions, TIN ID and latest ITR

2. for students, provide school ID

3. for businessmen, provide business registration of company, TIN ID and latest ITR

You are denied for tourist visa application because you didn't provide complete visa requirements.

For dependant visa application, your documents are not sufficient, either, an original Visa Notification issued by the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Physical Examination Certificate for Foreign Citizen are also required for dependant visa application.

Hi!Mrs.Jade,
Thank you...I'm not employed as far as i know i don't need SSS ID nor Tin #.And I just apply for L visa that was denied.
My question is if I will apply for dependent Visa & the company of my husband will provide all the documents from China and i will under go medical when can i apply a dependent visa after have been denied for L visa.
And May I know the list of hospital here in Manila where I can take the medical for Chinese Visa.
