Hello, i'm a Philippine passport holder and my daughter is Philippine and Chinese Passport holder and we lived in Taiwan. I just wanna ask if can we apply for a tourist visa upon arrival in Shenzhen China? Thank you so much.

If you just visit Shenzhen for less than 5 days, it is possible for you to apply for a visa on arrival in Shenzhen. Your daughter, Chinese passport holder doesn't need a visa to enter China.
