Hello, what is the easiest and cheapest way to get from Hong Kong international airport to The Royal Plaza hotel on Prince Edward West ,

The cheapest transportation is bus. You can take the Bus E21 to the hotel. But the bus doesn't stop in front of the hotel. After you get off the E21, you need to cross the overpass and walk for about 10 minutes to get there.
