Dear Mr. Chang,
Do the hotels have a resident doctor on China. Or where would I locate a medical centre - particularly in XIAN.

Hotel in China usually do not have a resident doctor. But there are many hospitals, clinics and drugstores in Xian. Which area are you going to stay in xian? Maybe I can locate some for your convenience.
