About:Chinese Consulate in Auckland

I am informed that the F Visa can be used to work for 2 months in China while the Z visa is being processed. Is this correct. Please advise. Thank you..

Applying for Z visa can help you get one-year residence permit, the problem is that you should have a company to support documents for you. Holding a F visa, you can stay until it expires, but F visa maybe can extension which all depends on policy in China.
