My bf is working in China and we want to bring our daughter there for accupuncture treatment my daughter has cerebral palsy.But we dont know how to get the right visa for us and my daughter is only 1year old.

You can apply for tourist visas to China. And after entry, you can find your daughter a hospital (above the county level), with the certificate of diagnosis, you can apply for a residence permit to live in China.
