Take round way cable cars. I have no idea where you are going from. Anyway, if you take the New National Express bus to Huangshan. You can get direct to the cable car while getting off the bus. There are cable routes in the north and south entrance areas. So, if you want to take one up and down from the other side, there is 10km or so walking distance between them. Have a climbing crutch and stay one night. If you can not bear with this walking, get down from the same cable car as you come up.

The New National Express Bus from Huangsan departing from where? If I take the tourist bus from Hangzhou which has 4x times daily schedule, in where is arrival gate? can I get easly reach the cable car or I should take another tranportaion.

The New National Express Bus from the gate of Huangsan Scenic Area, Tangkou. The bus from Hangzhou to Huangshan also go to Tangkou.
