About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

I live in Toronto, Canada but I'm vietnameses citizen. I want to spend 4 days in Hongkong and Macao on the way I fly to vietnnam. Where can I apply for a visa on Toronto?

You can apply visas to Hong Kong and Macao at Chinese consulate in Toronto. Possibly,send your they will application to Immigration Department HK or Macao when necessary.
