There are no direct trains or buses from Hong Kong to Wenzhou. By train, you could make a transfer at Zhuzhou or Jinhua West Train Station. It costs around 24 hrs in total on the train. Or, you could first to Guangzhou and then take the train K326/K327 to Wenzhou.
