About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

my friend is working in China for a year. She just came home last 2 weeks ago for a one week vacation. She is holding a F visa, can you help me how can we get a employment visa in China? What kinds of document we should secure in China for submitting these papers to the embassy here in the Philippines. thank you for your help.

Firstly, he needs to find a company in China, then, his employer can help him with his work permit and an original Visa Notification Form.

Hi Miss,
This is monica, a visa agent in beijing, China.
Now it is not easy for you to apply for a visa in Philipines.
If you want to come to china asap,maybe you can apply for a L visa(tourist)at first, then find a job in China.and later wen can halp you change your L visa to the Working visa without leaving China mainland.
If not,you should have a company in China to sponsor you.Then I will help your company to do the employment license for you and send you the woeking invitation letter, you can apply for a working visa in yur country directly. However,it costs one month.

Applying for working visa must have company to support documents for you, if you are not in China, you can let your company of China send an inviting letter to you, then the company will help you to get it. If you are in China, now, I can help you get a working visa if you are working in a Beijing company.
