Hi,my plan is as this: 桃园机场-〉清境牧场-〉日月潭-〉台北-〉回马来西亚, about 7-8 days. I am planning to visit during April 2011, or the period while the flora exibition still held on during Nov 10 to April 11. When is the best time to go? Or April(early, mid, end) the best? I will bring my parents over, they about 60years old, hope the wheather not that cold (wear jacket ok) and no rainning day. Thanks.

I think April and March are all good time to go, that is the hot season for tourism in Taiwan, you will need to bring T-shirt and coat for you family. The weather will be comfortable then.
