About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

I was just granted a double-entry visa to P.R. China, and I have now entered the country. However, it now seems that my next visit from China would be to a place, where I can apply for new visa, while the visit after that will be to a place, where there are no Chinese embassies nearby.

As a result, my question is: Can I apply and get a new double/multiple entry visa, while my existing visa still has one entry left?

You can apply and get a new double/multiple entry visa when your present visa still has one entry left.

But I still can't understand your itinerary, you can still use your left entry to enter China, then exit China to another country/region to apply for a new China visa to return to China, why not use the left entry on your visa?

yes, of vourse you can apply for a new visa. I understand you well. you say your next place will be easy to apply for a new visa. so you want to apply for a new one. However, you should ask them whether they can give you a double entries. If not, I think you should make use of your last entry of your currrent visa. Then apply for a new one.
For more information, you can tell me.
