About:Harbin Weather

hi there
i will be arrived in Beijing 5th DEC.
and i planning to visit Harbin 20th DEC
what can i do if i would like to spend 1 week in Harbin?
coz my frz in Harbin told me 3-4days is enough

Yes, 3-4 days is enough for Harbin, you can go skiing, and to visit the snow sculpture there.
