Hello, do I have to submit NBI clearance for Business Visa application?

For first time applicants to China, the original NBI clearance for Business Visa application is required, however, if it is not the first time for you to apply for China visa, you don't need to provide it, just provide the China visa sticker on your passport or previous passport.
