I want to travel from Beijing to Jinan by trains on 25th October 2010 and want to book ticket from India only. Can anybody help me know the procedure of railway ticket booking from India?

You can choose to make an online booking on the website in advance. And after the tickets are issued (usually could be issued 10days prior to the departure date), they will deliver the tickets to your appointed place like a hotel you will stay in Beijing.
