About:Chinese Embassy in New Zealand

However if i lack fo time to apply in NZ
and i apply my visa in Spain as i will travel to Spain 3 weeks.
since i holding Malaysia passport and only travel in Spain

It is possible for you to apply for China visa in Spain, however, maybe your application will be denied because you are not a resident in Spain, sometimes, the China embassy/consulate ask applicants other than Spanish to provide work permit or residence permit.
