About:Tomb of Puhaddin

I'm an Indian citizen with resident permit in Singapore.I hold a multiple entry Chinese business visa.
Do I need any other permit to travel to MT Kailash/ Lake Mansarovar?
I'm planning a trip in November this year, how late is it possible to go there?

You need to get a Tibet Travel Permit from Tibet Tourism Bureau besides the present business visa, you'd better contact a travel agency and ask the agency to get the permit for you.
