I AM PASSENGER AS TOURIST AND COMING TO CHINA FOR VISIT,
LET ME KNOW THE CHEAPPEST SHOPPING CENTER IN SHANGHAI AND PEKIN,
PLEASE INTRODUCE THE PLACES THAT I ABLE TO SHOPPING TOURIST ITEMS.

You can go to Shanghai Old Street or Yuyuan Garden, there you can bargain with the shop owners. In Beijing, you can go to Yandai Xiejie, Nanluoguxiang for cheap items.
