You enjoy visa free access to Hong Kong for up to 14 days and enjoy visa exemption to Macau for up to 30 days, you don't need a visa to Hong Kong or Macau, but you need a visa to Shenzhen, if your visit in Shenzhen is less than 5 days, it is possible for you to get a visa on arrival.
