No direct trains but direct coaches are available from Jinjiang to Guangzhou. You can take the coach at the long-distance bus station, which takes around 11hrs and costs about CNY250. Or, you could take a bus to Xiamen first and then take one train like K298/K299 to Guangzhou.

Can we buy train ticket (Xiamen to Guangzhou) on the day of travel? How many hours travel time? and How much will it cost? Thank you for your reply.

It is better for you to purchase the tickets several days in advance in case there are no tickets left on your travel date. It takes around 15hrs and costs about CNY320 per soft berth on the train K230/K231.
