Question

I have traveled on 04.Jul by flight No.MU 5028 from Hong Kong to Wenzhou and returned on 07.Jul by flight No.MU 5027 Wenzhou to Hong Kong. I am a Member of Delta Skymiles. I order to credit the mileage and as per their documentation procedure I have sent my Original Boarding Pass along with E-ticket to them to incorporate mileage to my membership account towards my travel. But sorry to inform you that they have not credited my mileage even after 90 days wait period. I now request you to kindly look into this matter and give me necessary credit to my Delta Skymiles Membership No.2673514994

Generally, the mileage could be incorporated when you handling the check in at the airport. Since you have already finished the flight journey, you would better contact both Delta Airlines and China Eastern Airlines for the details.
