About:Harbin Weather

I am planning to visit harbin and staying there for one year for official reasons. I want to know if I could find vegetables / vegetarian food over there. Also can I find whole wheat flour to make indian bread.

Suiyuanju Vegeterian Restaurant(随缘居素食府) is located at 12 Beixuanqiao Jie, Nangang District (南岗区北宣桥街12号)
The flour people eat in China is whole wheat flour.
