About:Chinese Consulate in New York

My boss has a friend who holds a Hong Kong passport that is about to expire. They hold a green card to the United States, how do they renew the passport and what forms must they fill out.

They can submit their replacement application in person at any one of the Immigration Offices.
Overseas application form (Form ID 843) for persons aged 16 or above. He can obtain these application form from the Chinese diplomatic and consular missions at your place of residence.
