Hi,I will be in Shanghai Oct 1-8 and would like to go on Guilin tour for 4 days, taking a train from Shanghai and back. Can you help me arrange for my travel? There will be 3 of us, two are senior citizens. Thanks

It takes around 24 hrs from Shanghai to Guilin by train. And if your travel date is during the National Day Holiday, the train tickets are hard to get due to the great demand. You would better purchase the tickets about 10 days in advance through some tickets offices. Or, you could choose to take flight costing about 2hrs and 20mins.
