Question

Hi, I have worked in China for 3 years with  working Visa. I have now a new employer but and my new employer is now applying for my work permit. My Visa is about to expire at the end of this month Sept. 27. I plan to send back my family to the Philippines on the 25th. Can I apply for double entry Visa in the Philippines Chinese Embassy? while waiting for my for new working Visa application documents I need to send some old stuffs in HK when I get back to China so a double entry Visa will be great.
