About:Chinese Embassy in Ghana

I applied for 1 month visa to china for a conference, during the conference i got a well paid job in china and my visa expired what do i do? Can i still continue to work?

You need to back to Ghana and apply for a work visa to China. You can not work with this visa, and if you do not leave before it expires, you cause overstay in China, and it will do bad for your next trip to China.
Or, you may find by yourself a powerful visa agency in China. Ask them to help you with the visa change or application without leaving.
