Hi, I am a Singapore PR and am going to Hainan probably next Tuesday or Wednesday. However, I need to travel to Malaysia on this coming Wednesday. So,if I go for the express service,is it possible for me to apply China visa on this Thursday and collect it next Monday(3working days)? Also,is it going to facilitate or, expedite the application process if I had travelled to China twice 3months ago? Looking forward to your reply. Thanks.
