Hi, the first day in Hong Kong you can have a good rest and visit the places around your hotel. Then in the second day morning h, you can ave a half-day Hong Kong Island Tour. Peak tram ride to mid-level of Central District then to the Victoria Peak, visit the Repulse Bay, Aberdeen, Stanley Market. Transfer to Pier for taking Star Ferry to Kowloon side, walk along the waterfront promenade back to Hotel. The third day Take jetfoil to Macau. Visit the Ruins of St.Paul's Cathedral, Penha Hill, the Buddhist Temple and the Border-gate of China. Explore Macau city more as you like. You should not miss the seafood in Hong Kong.

We are staying at Royal Hotel in HK. arriving at 12 noon.. what are the nearby places to visit? Do you think the 360 revolving resto/cruise is worth it? How much does it cost? thanks

You mean R66 REsolving restaurant in Wanchai? It is about 300HKD per person for dinner, lunch is much cheaper, no more than 150HKD.

Is that the Royal Hotel in Kowloon, Mongkok? You may want to take it easy on your first day. Go to the streets around your hotel and walk around, have lunch, visit shops (there are shops EVERYWHERE!!). A place that many people over look is the Jumbo Floating restaurant and also Tai O... both are worth a trip if you want to see some HK history.
