Ningguo and Xuanchen are two different places. There is no direct train operating from Beijing to Ningguo. However, you could take a fast train, such as Z73 or T63 to Hefei first. And then take one train like K8409 to Ningguo directly. By this way, it will cost you about 15hrs in total. For the price details, you could search on the web page.
