About:Embassy & Consulates of Japan in China

I'm a Bangladeshi national and residing in Beijing, China for one year now with my husband and 2 sons. We like to visit Japan from Oct 3 to 8 , 2010. Pls let us know the visa formalities urgently. Thanks. We've resident visa in China until 2011 and our passports are also valid until 2011.

1. A passport valid for at least 90 days following your departure date from Japan, with at least 2 visa pages;
2. Two 45mm x 45mm passport-type photos taken within the previous six months (stateless persons must submit three photos);
3. Two official visa application forms, available at the embassy or consulate;
4. Documents certifying the purpose of the visit (see the accompanying table);
5. Documents certifying that the person concerned can defray all expenses incurred during the stay in Japan.
General processing time is approximately 5 working days.
