About:China Business Visa

I will be travelling to China and understand that I need a formal invitation from a local company (in this my company's subsidiary in Shanghai. P.s. I will be staying partly in a hotel and also at the home of one of my colleagues. What mandatory information should be included in this invitation letter ?

Your name, nationality, employment, passport number, entry time, visiting place, purpose of coming to China, visa validity, entry times, stay duration, the host company name, stamp of the company, etc.

The local company in Shanghai can take the copy of your passport, copy of Business License to go to the local Committee of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade to get the format of formal invitation letter.
