About:China Visa on Arrival

Hi I'm a Guam Citizen holding with US passport,
Can I obtain China Visa at Lowu Station?
I'm sure I got it on year 2002

you can't obtain a China visa at Lo Wu boder of Shenzhen, US passport holders are not allowed to apply for China visa on arrival since May 21, 2004.
