About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Im a Chinese citizen and my husband is Filipino.we re currently living in Thiland. My husband wanna apply for L visa to China. How long can he stay in China?1 month or 2 months? thanks very much.

Your husband is generally permit to stay in China for 1 month, you are living in Thailand rather than Mainland China, therefore, the status of having a Chinese wife is not very helpful for his visa application.
