About:China Visa on Arrival

I am a Malaysian and holder of Malaysia passport ,currently I am working in Taiwan and holder of ARC of Taiwan.I am going to visit China for Shanghai Expo 2010 on the end of
2010/9 through the travel agent in Taiwan that will be departured from Taipei.Do I need to apply for tourism visa through travel agent or just need to apply for Visa on arrival.Thank you!

You can either entrust a travel agency to do this for you, or go to Hong Kong in person and apply there through Chinese visa office. No visa on arrival available.
