You should get back to the city center from Badaling and then get to Beijing West Railway Station. Take train to Xian for 11 hours. Then take the tourist bus at the ease side of Xian railway Station Square to Terra Cotta. You can hire a taxi either. Hours of Badaling is about 7am-6pm.
