My brother who has a factory in Shanghai wishes to apply for a visa (which we are not sure what type) for an Indonesian nurse to take care of our ailing mother who is 86 years old. My mother is staying with my brother in Shanghai and is in need of 24-hour round the clock medical attention. My mother is partially immobile and medically unfit to fly back to Singapore. My brother is willing to be the Indonesian nurse sponsor and guarantor. Please advise if it's possible to bring this Indonesian nurse to Shanghai.
