About:Marriage Registration in China

my question is how i can get single certificate.do i have to go india myself and make Affidavit or i can can ask my mother to make it and send to me by courier.

1. You need to do it by your self. first signed before a notary public an Affidavit of Single Status. then certified by the Secretary of the State Office where the document is executed. Finally get it certified by the relevant Chinese Consulate General.
