About:What to Eat in China

I do not eat pork or shellfish/fish/sea creatures. I do eat chicken and beef as well as all things vegetarian.

How difficult will it be to eat in China? Often when I travel abroad the kitchen staff or wait staff still have no idea what I mean when I say "No Pork of any kind in my meal" even in their native language because I can not explain further what I mean.

Not difficult and vegetarian resraurant is not that difficult to find too. Anyway, if you are not strict vegetarian, you can find food to east in almost every restaurant. That may be a problem that the staff may not understand you. Big and good restaurant will have menu with pictures on it. If you want how to write 'No seafood and pork' in Chinese, I can help with which you can show the staff next time.
