Hi, I will be visiting Taipei during 30th Nov to 5th december.

I've got a few questions :)
Will the night markets still be open?
The weather will be around 14degrees, it is good enough to just wear a jacket and tights?
Will it be raining everyday?

1. The night market will still be open then.
2. I think you need to wear warmer clothes since there might be winds or sometimes it would rain.
3. No, it would not rain everyday, just sometimes.
