About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

I'm Chinese citizen and my husband is Filipino. Our baby was born in Thiland and hold Pillipines Passport. I'm planing to take my baby to go to kunming for a while and leave my baby to my mother for 1 year. Thus, do i need apply for a visa for my baby? what kinds of visa am i gonna apply for? Thnks very much!!!

Mrs.yujie, for your question, please read on the article on this page. The new policy is concerning foreigners who have immediate family in China. Your baby can apply for a family visit (L) visa or residence permit valid for 2 years at most.
