About:Dining in Hong Kong

How is the weather there in March? Understand from the web that it might be a bit cold as the temp is from 16 to 23 degrees celcius.

It is hard to predict now, well, as for the centigrade you've got, the weather will be very comfortable with T-shirts.

Yeah, the temperature ranges from 16 to 23. But it is not cold. It is cool and humid, accompanied by fog and drizzle.
