I visited the yellow crane in January of 2010.  It took my breath a way.  It is a must see if you are planing to visit Wuhan.  Even in the winter the gardens will take your breath away.  Also it is a must to sit and listen to the bells being played.  Very good performance and it was free to see.  There is a huge statue of a man at the far back.  Does anyone know his name?
