I would like to know which is the cheapest means of getting from Wei Hai to South Korea.

I heard that there is a ferry operator who provide such means. If so, where can i catch this ferry ?what is the frequency of the trip like ? and how long is the journey ? how much does the tickets cost (one-way or 2 way ?)
