i plan to bring my parent to jiuzaigou, by flight on mid october,is it safe to go in tat period in view it was affected by mudslide and flood?will it happen so we got stuck there and isolated frm outside because transportation is cut off by flood/bad weather?is it frequent raining in jiuzai also? do we need to bring winter wear or moderate thick wool sweater will do? are the road frm chengdu to leshan and emei shan affected? heard that it is quite common the flight frm chengdu to jiuzai and vice-versa delay for few hrs?so if i plan to flybck frm jiuzhai to chengdu and catch my flight back to malaysia on sameday any advice on that?
