About:Shaanxi Area & Zip Code

I am looking for this city in Shaanxi province (yuanquxian). Not even sure if I have it correct. It may be yuanqu. I am looking for hotels there but can't seem to locate any. This is the address I was given Local number (043700) Chinese Shaanxi yuanquxian dongfengshan daluoqu China. I assume dongfengshan daluoqu is a building.

Yuanqu xian (垣曲县) is a county of Yuncheng City in Shanxi Province, not Shaanxi (the capital city is Xian). Dongfenshan is the mountain area. I can not find Daluoqu, but not a building I think.
