The best way I think should be airport bus. You can take airport bus A11 and get off at Gordon Road after Hing Fat Street. Then turn right to Wing Hing Road. You can see Empire Hotel then. The best way to disneyland is MTR. The nearest MTr Station is Tin Hau, about 5-10 minutes walking to your hotel. Take Island MTR Line to Central/HOng Kong Station. Get there for Tung Chung Line. Get on the train and get off at Sunny Bay, where you can see the cute Disneyland special train to Disneyland. You can get to Wan Chai Pier Bus Terminus to fine direct bus to Shenzhen, 2 hours or so. Or you can take MTR or bus to Hung Hom first and then take train to Shenzhen Luohu. The best way from Shenzhen to Macau is ferry, at Shekou Port of Shenzhen. From Macau to Hong Kong, only ferry, at the same ferry terminal from Shenzhen, or Taipa Ferry Pier.
