About:How to Choose China Train Ticket Types?

Hi,
I am planning to travel from Shanghai to Guangzhou. Is there a g- train which can take me from Shanghai to Guangzhou? What is the time schedule, travel time and cost of ticket?

From Shanghai to Guangzhou, there are only fast trains and express trains available, no G trains. If you’d like to take G trains, you can make a transfer at Wuhan. G trains are available from Wuhan to Guangzhou.
